At TCE we repair, engineer and manufacture bearings and seals for all of your critical rotating equipment.

From custom designed upgraded babbitted bearings and labyrinth seals for some of the largest refineries, chemical plants and power producers in the world to the repair and manufacture of in-kind components, TCE has the experience and know how to take care of our customers’ critical parts.

TCE is also the undisputed leader in offering upgraded laby seals made from engineered thermoplastics for your API centrifugal compressors to increase efficiency.

Since 1992 we have manufactured upgraded thermoplastic seals for hundreds of machines. By utilizing our custom designed thermoplastic seals you can see up to a 1% increase in throughput per impeller wheel. Many times the payback is seen in a matter of months. TCE can also help prevent oil leaks with our engineered windback labyrinth seals. We also offer solutions for your hot running bearings. Our Ball & Socket bearing designs not only perform better, they also last longer because of reduced stress. In fact some of our original bearings manufactured in 1991 are still in service today. Now that’s a tough bearing.

Other products include bearing case seals, pump wear rings, steam turbine packing and babbitted process seals.

We also offer services which include bearing optimization, Rotordynamic analysis and failure analysis performed onsite by our in-house engineers.
